Fallball Information
Our 7v7 fallball league begins this Sunday, September 27, at the Rheems fields. This update includes game times, rosters, and information about helping out for those of you who are choosing to help out instead of paying to play.
Our games on the first week are at 1p.m. (B team) and 3p.m. (A team). Please see http://tinyurl.com/etown7v7 for the full league schedule. Arrive in time to be suited up and stretching 20 minutes before the start of your game. If you cannot make it to a game, or you will be late, please contact your coaches. You can use the contact form on the website. Do not ask another player to tell the coaches you cannot make it. If you are not notifying coaches, you will be benched for half a game.
Helpers, the following are on the helper list. If you are planning on helping and you don’t see your name, let Coach Adams know A.S.A.P. More helpers are needed.
The following are on the list to help: Keck, Frishkorn, Ginder, Johndro, Hendershott, Boyer, and Baum.
Helpers, please arrive in time to meet at 12:25 to set up the fields. During games (when you’re not playing), you will be assigned to take care of balls or track penalty times. This week, all of you are needed the whole time. We will discuss creating shifts, if people wish to do so.
Here are the rosters for the two Etown HS teams. If your name is not on the roster, it means that you have not turned in either money to play or a waiver to play. Players whose names are accompanied by asterisks will be offered opportunities to play at both levels – A and B. Contact Coach Adams immediately if you plan on playing.

Fall and Winter Lax Money Overdue!
Students and parents, this is a friendly reminder that payments for indoor lacrosse in the winter and fall lacrosse league are both overdue. If we do not receive checks this week we might not be able to register teams for indoor play.
Fallball costs $30 per student (or free if the student helps run the league).
Indoor costs $110 per student.
If you do not own an Etown Lacrosse reversible yet, they are $15 each.
Checks should be made out to “Big E Boosters.”
Please get your checks to Coach Adams by the end of the week. As always, if the cost of activities is ever an issue, let the coaches know and we can discuss options.
All students are reminded that we run a competitive tryout at the start of spring practices. Players who do not demonstrate the hard work, commitment, and team attitude to contribute positively to the program will not be offered a playing position with the team. Many students get even more coaching and development in the offseason than they do during the season. You are highly encouraged to participate.

Fall Practices Tues. and Thurs. (update 9/9)
We are changing the fall practices in September and October to all outdoor sessions (weather permitting) from 3-5 p.m. on Field A (behind the middle school). These will take place on all Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout September and October.
We will not have any scheduled strength training this fall, rather we will work on skills and basics and play lacrosse for a couple hours two days each week. Full equipment is required, including a mouthpiece.
Any students who need help getting equipment should contact Coach Adams a.s.a.p.
Reminder – Fall Practices Begin Tues. 9/8
All Etown Lacrosse students who are not participating in fall sports should attend fall practices and strength training Tuesdays and Thursdays in September and October.
The first fall practice is Tuesday, 9/8. Students should bring full pads and reversible jerseys. Practices will run from 3-5 p.m. at the field behind the middle school.
Please see the google calendar on the schedule page to find out which days are practices and which are strength training. Strength training workouts will run from 2:45 to 4:30.
