Inclement weather forecast
Lacrosse students who are planning on attending Saturday’s Etown White and Bears United indoor lacrosse games should check http://inthenet.com before leaving the house. ITN will post cancellation information on their homepage. If there is nothing posted, the games are on!

In case of poor weather, parent and students must consider the following.

• If the roads are bad, make a smart decision. Stay home if you do not know that you can safely drive.
• Parents should consider either doing the driving, or riding along with their sons.
• Stick to the main roads. Roads like 743 and 322 are maintained better in poor weather than 117, 341, or Mount Gretna Road.
• Allow extra time, and drive slowly.

Please e-mail Coach Adams right away if make the decision not come to the game, so that we know you are not stuck on the road somewhere.

Extra Sweats Order
As some folks have asked for additional Under Armour sweatshirts and sweatpants, we are doing a quick additional order. If you would like to order team sweats, they cost $36 for sweatshirts and $39 for sweatpants. Get a check made out to “Big E Boosters” with sizes written on the memo line to Coach Adams NO LATER THAN TUESDAY 1/24. This is your final chance this year to order team sweats, as we will be getting them printed along with the GEARS middle school lacrosse clothing order.

Turn in your paperwork Monday 1/23
This Monday is the first day that you may turn in your EASD/PIAA paperwork and $25 check to the EAHS main office. You may also turn in your team rules signatures ASAP to Coach Adams. Don’t delay! Make yourself eligible to play!

When is open gym?
Remember to keep an eye on the schedule at http://etownlax.com/schedule. Next open gym is Thursday, 1/26, 3-5 p.m. in the Old Gym.

Free Custom-fitted Mouthguards
Etown Dental is offering free, professionally custom-fitted mouth pieces to our students. Our appointment is Tuesday, 2/14, at 3 p.m. SHARP. In order to enjoy this benefit, you must RSVP to Coach Adams (by e-mail) on-or-before 1/31.
